Shipping Policy of "Food Tlajomulco"

Scope of Application: This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through the "Food Tlajomulco" mobile application.

Coverage Area: Delivery services are available within the coverage area designated by "Food Tlajomulco". Users can check if their location is within this zone at the time of ordering.

Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the restaurant's location and demand at the time. An estimate will be provided at the time of ordering. This estimate is approximate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may vary depending on the distance between the restaurant and the delivery location. These charges will be clearly stated at the time of ordering.

Responsibility for Delivery: "Food Tlajomulco" delivery drivers are responsible for delivering products in a safe and timely manner. Restaurants are responsible for preparing orders and ensuring they are ready for pickup at the agreed time.

Weather Conditions and Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of adverse weather conditions or other exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be affected. "Food Tlajomulco" will make every effort to inform users of any delays in delivery.

Delivery Address: Users are responsible for providing an accurate and detailed delivery address to place the order. If the address provided is incorrect, the user may incur additional charges and delivery time may be affected.

Order Reception: Upon receiving the order, the user must verify that all products are complete and in good condition. Any problems or inconveniences must be reported immediately to "Food Tlajomulco".

Order Changes: Any request for changes to the order after it has been confirmed must be communicated to "Food Tlajomulco" as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once the order is in the process of preparation or delivery. If the user wishes to change something in their order, they must notify the restaurant or, where appropriate, cancel and reorder their updated order. In addition, in the event that the restaurant does not have a requested dish, they must notify the customer to reach an agreement and charge the price differences.

Order Cancellation: Orders on "Food Tlajomulco" may be cancelled before the restaurant confirms the order. To cancel an order, the user can cancel with the button that appears in the order information. In case the order has been accepted and has a few minutes to be accepted, the user must contact the restaurant directly to resolve the situation.

In case of not notifying the restaurant of the cancellation and allowing the delivery person to travel to the delivery address without taking responsibility, strict measures will be taken. The user will be blocked in the application and their address will be excluded within a 100-meter radius, which could affect other nearby users.

Refunds are not given for cancellations, as delivery charges and products are the responsibility of the user.
